Youth Fitness and Athlete Performance Training

How to pick the best package or option? First, determine your level of commitment in terms of days per week. Second, determine if you would like athlete performance training, soccer training or both. No matter what you choose, your option can be edited month to month.

How do sessions work? Sessions for soccer and athlete performance training are 45 minutes in length unless noted.

Do I lose a session if we miss a week? No! Even though our packages are based on how many times per week you will attend they are counted monthly. Example) A 2x per week membership is equal to 8 sessions per month. You can use these 8 sessions in any order throughout the month as you desire. If you purchase a combination membership with soccer and athlete performance training then a 2x per week membership is equal to 8 soccer sessions and 8 athlete performance sessions. These can also be used in any order throughout the month. Please note, sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Multiple Athlete? If you have multiple athletes in your family then please email us prior to sign up. We offer multi player discounts for our monthly memberships. We also need to manually create multi-athlete accounts.

Do we offer discounts? Yes. As mentioned above for multi-athlete families we offer a discount. We also offer a 10% discount if an athlete chooses soccer training and athlete performance training memberships.

4 program class options included in one Athlete Performance Training membership.

1) Speed and Agility - Ages 7 and older

2) Strength and Speed - Ages 12 and older

3)Interval Strength Training - Ages 12 and older

4) DFF Youth F.I.T. - Ages 9-12

  • This class is age appropriate for ages 7 years old and up. The sessions will place a specialized focus on footwork, mechanics, mobility/flexibility, plyometrics, core strength, balance and coordination. The high number of repetitions and movements are designed to improve speed and agility.

  • This class is age appropriate for ages 12 years old and up. The sessions will mix various time domains of conditioning with functional strength movements. We will perform work in various effort levels to train the body to adapt to fight fatigue and increase capacity. These classes will still mix in some speed and agility elements

    Simply put, higher capacity is the ability for the body to perform more work while maintaining power/speed before the body gets tired. The sessions will also include core development and mobility/flexibility. We are big on the safety of strength building in youth because we know they are still in the growing phase and want to prevent injury.

  • For ages 12 and older. This is a contrasting style training which adds strength training in combination with speed, agility and plyometrics.

  • For ages 9-13. DFF Youth F.I.T. offers a multitude of benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, enhanced strength and flexibility, and increased coordination. It fosters a positive attitude toward physical activity, promoting a lifelong love for fitness. Additionally, DFF Youth F.I.T. instills valuable life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence, creating a well-rounded foundation for overall well-being.

Parents of multiple athlete families. Please contact us prior to sign up. We need to build a family account for you manually in order for you to manage all family athletes. You may also be eligible for a family discount !!

The goal is to get players ready to be able to last the duration of a game, build speed, agility and quick cognitive problem solving reactions. We believe endurance mixed with bursts of speed along with SAFE effective strength building is a set up for success on the field. We are big on the safety of strength building in youth because we know they are still in the growing phase and want to prevent injury.

Our goal is to create an uplifting atmosphere of kids and coaches so confidence is built in their lives on and off the field. You will see many smiles and high-fives as they are challenged to push themselves to get better. We are in the business of building our youth up with a positive mindset because we know they can face hard times during these years.
